Payment - UK Customers

We accept payment by all the major credit and debit cards, including MasterCard, Visa, Switch, Delta, and JCB. We also accept all debit cards carrying the MasterCard or Visa logos with the exception of Electron Cards. If you prefer you may pay with your credit card by telephone. However this would have to be accompanied by a signed fax stating your credit card type, number, expiry date and registered address.

If you wish to pay by cheque or postal order simply select payment by personal cheque when you reach the payment screen. Please make the cheque payable to Golden Oi Ltd and write your order number and email address on the back of the cheque. You will receive your order number by email upon confirmation of the order. Your goods will be dispatched as soon as the cheque has cleared.

Payment - Non-UK Customers

Bank Transfers in Sterling, a Eurocheque or a Sterling Bankers Draft made payable to Golden Oi Ltd are also acceptable. Again please state your order number clearly on the back or in a covering letter.

2. The web site, its contents, terms and conditions and contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. Those who access the site from other locations are responsible for compliance with their local laws and taxes as applicable.

3. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

4. By clicking the 'Next' button to submit your order on the checkout screen you are offering to buy goods at the price stated subject to our terms and conditions.

5. All prices are shown in GB Pounds Sterling and include FREE delivery via Royal Mail Recorded delivery within Mainland UK. All overseas orders sent by Royal Mail Swift Air will be charged at 15 if the order is under 200. For orders of 200 or more this charge will be wavered. If customers, whether inside or outside of the UK, request that their goods be couriered the bill will be calculated at cost plus packaging. Payment of all delivery costs must be made before the goods are dispatched.

6. We aim to deliver within seven working days from receipt of order. As all our jewellery is handmade the delivery time may extend up to 6 weeks. We will inform you of an approximate delivery date once you have confirmed your order. We cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer as a result of late delivery or cancellation of your order.

7. A binding contract is formed only when you receive confirmation from us that your order has been accepted. You may cancel your order within 7 days of receiving your goods and will receive a full refund providing you take reasonable care of the goods while in your possession and return the goods by Royal Mail Special Delivery.

8. Under our 15 day money back guarantee, if for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we will give a full refund (not including postage) provided that goods are returned to us in the condition sent, by Royal Mail Special Delivery, within 15 days of you having received them. NB: Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept the return of earrings except as detailed in clause 10, or rings due to the wrong size being ordered. We do not provide refunds or exchange items which have been custom made to fulfill an order except as detailed in clause 10. If an item needs to be custom made to order you will be contacted to request confirmation from you that the longer delivery time required for these items is acceptable, and that you agree to a non-refundable payment being processed upon placing the order with our suppliers.

9. Please check the goods on delivery. If goods are delivered damaged of faulty you must inform us within 3 days of delivery and we will arrange collection and replacement at our expense. This clause also applies to earrings and rings. If you do not inform us within 3 days we shall have no liability for goods said to be damaged on delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.

10. We accept on-line payment by all the major credit and debit cards, including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Switch, Delta, and JCB. We also accept all credit and debit cards carrying the MasterCard or Visa logos - except Visa Electron.

11. If you wish to pay by cheque or postal order simply select payment by personal cheque when you reach the payment screen. When you receive confirmation of the order from Oi! send a Cheque or Postal Order in UK Pounds sterling made payable to Golden Oi Ltd. Please write your order number and e-mail address on the reverse of the cheque. The order will be dispatched after the cheque has cleared which typically takes four working days.

12. To order goods you must be least 18 years of age.

13. Images may not show the actual size of items. ALL sizes, weights and measurements are approximate and are included for guidance only.

14. All personal details entered are treated in strict confidence and will not be passed onto a third party under any circumstance. We will endeavor to take all reasonable care, in so far as it is possible to do so to keep all details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering.

15. Oi! jewellery does not accept any responsibility for any Web site not under our control, which may act as a portal to our site or be connected by a link with our site.

16. Oi! jewellery reserves the right to refuse the supply of goods at its discretion.

17. If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be excluded and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions.

18. Any disputes not resolved by normal complaints procedure will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales under English Law.

19. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice to you. We recommend that you print and keep a copy of these terms and conditions.

20. Products supplied by Oi! jewellery are protected by copyright and under no circumstance can they be reproduced without the prior agreement of Oi! jewellery (subsidiary of Golden Oi Ltd).
